- Tomato - 50 gm
- Onion - 25 gm
- Garlic - 10gm
- Carrot - 25 gm
- Beans - 25 gm
- Cabbage - 25 gm
- Peas - 25 gm
- Pepper powder - 2 pinches
- Cumin seeds powder - 2 pinches
- Coriander seeds powder - 2 pinches
- Coriander leaves - few
- Mint leaves - few
- Rock salt - according to taste
- Corn flour - for thickening
- Ghee - ½ spoon
Method
Fry chopped onions and garlic pods in ghee. Then add chopped tomatoes and other vegetables. Add little rock salt and water to the contents. Boil the mixture on a low-flame for one hour until the contents become soft and cooked. Put the cooked content into a soup processor or filter the contents using a cloth and squeeze the juices out of the vegetables. Now add the powdered spice and a little corn flour to the broth and boil for a while. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
