Preparation:
Ingredients:
- Hummingbird Tree Leaves – 2 bunches
- Mung dhal – 1 spoon
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red chilly – 1
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Grated coconut – 3 spoons full
- Rock salt – according to taste
Method:
Add ghee in a deep pan and heat. Season mustard, asafetida, cumin seeds and red chilly. Now add the chopped leaves and mung dhal. Add little rock salt. Stir occasionally and cook till done. Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
