How Stem Cells can Produce Insulin

Stem cells can now be developed into beta cells of pancreas,to generate insulin in diabetic patients found a a new study published in Nature Cell Biology journal. The main aim of this study is to produce pancreatic beta cells from stem cells in the human body. The research team from the University of Copenhagen have paved a way to increase insulin production in diabetes patients. This new advancement in stem cell technology can help manage diabetes more effectively in patients.
