Once a pathologist asked me, "What is a cancer?"
I thought for a while and said, "Its anti-social behavior on the part of the cell, something like total anarchy"
He gave me a funny look from above his glasses and said,"Boy, can you give me an example?"
I was enthusiastic, "Sir, you see,its something like every time you have a Preventive and Social Medicine class you feel like going out to the restaurant or may be sleep at home or do what ever you feel like, but you don't attend class because its too boring and one lucky day when you attended class, the teacher asked you whether you understood what he taught you,you would give him a blank expression on his face and gather up enough courage to smile at him and nod your head horizontally until he gets a frustrated look at then smiles back at you,and says thank you."
The pathologist asked me, "Okay, how would you manage a patient with cancer?"
I was confident,"Amputate it sir, like you don't open the PSM textbook and throw it outside the window"
