Seattle’s Swedish Orthopedic Institute has set up a live webcast of a minor surgery on Tuesday morning in a bid to showcase the latest robot-assisted technology.

The surgery will be conducted by the hospital’s orthopedic surgeon, Dr Sean Toomey while the webcast will be moderated by Dr Hames Crutcher.
The complete surgery will be shown live on the internet which means that those with a weak stomach are advised not to view the webcast. The hospital has already taken the permission of the patient and will be hoping to showcase its newest technology.
