Media reports indicate that an unnamed top US star has been sued for 12 million pounds for knowingly infecting a sexual partner with herpes. Although not named in the legal paper that was signed in Los Angeles, the world famous celebrity is believed to have a fortune of more than 60 million pounds, reports the Sun.
According to the court document, "In flaunting his power, fame and money, the defendant lured the unsuspecting plaintiff into his sprawling Las Vegas penthouse for an evening of prolonged sex and illicit drug use."
Then the pair "made small talk about fashion, politics, drugs, sex and the plaintiff's desire for an acting career". They went on to discuss their sexual history and the star insisted he did not have any STDs or inject drugs. The papers claimed that the celebrity told his alleged victim he wanted to video the sex and drugs session so he "could relive the magic over and over again".hey looked at porn on the star's mobile phone and then engaged in unprotected sex, a series of raunchy antics and "play-wrestling".
The lawsuit added: "For the plaintiff, the night will last forever, not solely in the form of the tape but in the form of a dreaded sexually transmitted disease."
Lawyers had claimed sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, negligence and fraud. They sued the star for 20 million dollars in Los Angeles because the star's "primary residence" is in the Californian city.
They also said that the alleged victim, who has not even been identified as male or female, has decided not to make names public at this time to avoid further embarrassment and humiliation.
