Angelina Jolie has topped another long list of celebrities - this time for her famed pouting lips that star-struck kids are demanding from the cosmetic surgery miracle.

The most wanted celebrity-body part requests are for Angelina Jolie lips, Jessica Simpson's cleavage, and Ashlee Simpsons's reconstructed nose.

More and more kids are willing to go under the knife to look like their favourite celebs.

According to the New York Post, Bellevue Medical Center's renowned reconstructive surgeon Dr. Alan Freedman revealed that despite the financial crisis, he did not fall short of clients wanting a huge chest like Jessica and many more.

On the other hand, it has been a matter of much speculation that many celebrities themselves have gone under the knife to enhance their looks and look younger.

Celebrities like Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, who changed their looks with a nose job, have encouraged fans to go under the knife to attain preferred look.

Meanwhile, apart from surgery, even botox has become a hit in Hollywood, with celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Brittany Murphy, Meg Ryan plumping their faces with the treatment.
