Diet of 16 bananas per day is the secret behind sprinter Yohan Blake's brilliant success.

Blake claims a diet of ripe bananas fuelled him to run faster than a Lightning Bolt and create a pre-Olympic sensation.
"I eat 16 ripe bananas every day. Naturally I tend to lose potassium so I have to build it all back. For me it works, more energy," The Daily Mirror quoted Blake, as saying.
Blake is on the verge of becoming the biggest spoilsport in Olympic history, 80,000 fans having paid up to 750 pound each specifically to see Bolt light up London.
