Is it easy to fall in love? All it takes is one date to fall in love, reveals a recent study. An interesting insight has pointed out that nearly 50% of people fall in love after just one date. Romance is very much happening and it appears to strike men first.

The study showed that men are the ones who get struck by cupid’s arrow first. When they go on a date, men appear to fall in love quite easily at first sight.

Nearly 25% of men quizzed said they fell madly in love with their new woman after a single date. However, this was not the case with the fair sex.

The insight revealed that women are not so quick to decide on their romantic partner. They appeared to be unfazed by looks and certainly preferred a pleasing and attractive personality over just appearances. They were keen to hook up with men who had hobbies and interests much like their own. Men who are good conversationalists were found to be more attractive to the fair sex. A good sense of humor in men scored high among women looking for a potential partner.

Some of the favorite topics couples spoke while they were on a date included travel, holidays, TV programmes, food and lifestyle.
