A poll conducted by Irish Health has revealed that only about 50% of the people are for the construction of the National children’s hospital at the Mater Hospital in North Dublin.
Nearly 4 among 10 do not support this move, despite the government’s firm stance that the new hospital comes up at Mater. There is widespread opinion that the whole process began on a wrong note, and now the opposition parties have requested the Health Minister to relook at the issues independently.
