Health news describing the critical state of former Indian President K.R. Narayanan
New Delhi: Former Indian President K.R. Narayanan continues to be in critical condition in a hospital here where he is being treated for acute pneumonia, an Aide of government said.
Narayanan, who turned 85 on Oct 27, was admitted to the Indian Army's Research and Referral Hospital two days later and has been on a ventilator since then.There is no change in his condition. He continues to be critical, the aide said.
Narayanan was president from 1997-2002.
