I want to ask about the dark side of these protein supplements. Usually when we join the gym, we are recommended to take such protein supplements, and it also show results, but once if we are out of routine or not able to carry on gyming, then the body starts bulking up and loosing the tightness and we have seen lots of people with bouncers type body. And that doesn't look good at all, so i wanna ask is it true that supplements later on makes our body loose and fluffy once he stop gyming..??
