Gomukhasana or cow face
This asana helps to stretch most parts of the body. The muscles of the thighs and knees are toned and makes the practitioner agile and active.

Steps
- Sit in a comfortable position as in padmasana.
- Lift your right arm and bring it behind your back.
- Bend the left arm to clasp the fingers of the right arm from behind. Slowly try to pull the arms and maintain this position for a few breaths. Relax.
- Repeat the asana with the other hand.
