Ginger - 25 gm
Garlic - 50 gm
Onion - 50 gm
Ghee - ¼ teaspoon
Corn flour - ½ teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 pinch
Cumin powder - 1 pinch
Coriander powder - 1 pinch
Broccoli leaves- for garnishing
Method
Grate the ginger, peel onion and garlic and chop them. On a pan, put little ghee and sauté the onion, garlic and ginger. Add water and boil in a simmer for ½ an hour. Put it in a food processor and collect the soup. Add corn flour and boil until it thickens. Add pepper, cumin, and coriander powder and finally garnish the soup with broccoli leaves and then serve.

This Soup is a god send!!!! it doesn't taste great a first but you become custom to it! The cholesterol levels started dropping almost instantly!!!!!! The whole family and I drink a cup every day!!!!! PLEASE try it!!!!
Also, I didnt use ghee. so dont worry about that!
PS.. your whole house will smell.. make sure it well ventilated and turn on all fans and open windows!!!
