Indications
Solanum indicum (Thuthuvilai) - 10-15 leaves
Ginger - 25 gm
Cumin seeds - little
Adathoada vasica - 1 leaf
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Mint leaves - 10 leaves.
Onion - 1 no
Pepper - 1 pinch
Rock salt for taste
Hing - 1 pinch
Barley - for making water
Ghee - ½ spoons
Method
Heat the leaves in a pan with ghee and keep aside. Roast the cumin seeds until they pop. Add all the ingredients and fry for a few minutes. Now add barley water to the mixture and allow it to simmer. Boil for 45min. to 1hr. Serve the soup after adding salt and pepper.
