Ingredients

  2. Jaggery – 1 spoon
  3. Water – 1 cup

Mix the ingredients well and store it in an earthen pot. Take it after it is well cooled.

  3. Quenches the thirst
  4. Suitable for summer
  5. Best to cure nausea and vomiting
  6. Balances pitta
  7. Recommended in bleeding disorders and fever due to pitta
