Ingredients :
Par boiled rice - 2 cups
Ajwain seeds - 3 spoons
Rock salt - to taste
Sesame oil - 4 spoons
Method :
Soak the parboiled rice overnight. Wash it well and grind it to dosa -batter consistency. Add ajwain seed and salt. Mix it well. Set aside for an hour. Heat a shallow iron pan. Grease it with sesame oil. Pour the batter in the middle of the tawa. Tilt the tawa around to spread the batter. Cover the tawa. Cook till done. Take out the soft dosa with a spatula. Serve with coconut chutney or mint chutney.
