Ingredients:
- Rice Flour – 2 cups
- Water – 4 Cups
- Salt– A Pinch
Preparation

- Heat the Water
- When it boils add the rice flour
- Stir well till it acquires a paste-like consistency.
- Make small balls out of it.
- Squeeze it through the small holes of 'sevai press' onto a plate
- Steam it for a few minutes
- Serve it with coconut milk.

- Dry rice noodles can be purchased from the super market directly
- This is soaked in the hot water for 3 - 5 minutes
- The water is drained and the rice noodles is ready to eat
- It can be taken with coconut milk.
Recipe 3
- Take the cooked rice noodles
- Season it with 1 Spoon o mustard, black gram, 1 chilly, and a Pinch of asafetida
- Add some salt and lemon juice in the rice noodles
- Mix well and serve

- Should be taken warm
It can be mixed with suitable adjuncts according to the conditions -
- Fever - with warm water
