Ingredients
Rice - 2 cups
Green gram -1/2 cup
Water - 15 cups
Ghee - 3 spoons
Pepper - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teas spoon
Ginger - 1 piece
Asafetida - 2 pinches

Preparation
- Cook the rice and green gram well in the water.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Season pepper, cumin seeds, asafetida and ginger using ghee.
- Add it to the cooked
