Ingredients:

  1. Maida flour – 2 cups
  2. Rock salt – 1 pinch
  3. Warm water – sufficient quantity

Preparation:

  1. Add a pinch of salt to the flour and mix.
  2. Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough.
  3. Keep it aside for ½ an hour
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis
  5. You may use dry flour to dust the chapatti while rolling, to prevent the dough from sticking on the surface.
  6. Then roast the chapatti on a heated pan
  7. Roast it on both sides till it is cooked completely.
  8. Smear some ghee on both sides
  9. The chapatti can be eaten with milk mixed with jaggery
