Ingredients
Green Gram - 1 cup
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds -1 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few leaves

Sesame Oil - 100 ml
Salt - To taste
Method Soak green gram for 2- 3 hrs. Grind it to a coarse and thick consistency. Add pepper, cumin seed, salt, curry leaves and chopped balloon vine leaves to it. Mix well. Make small balls of the dough and flatten on a plantain leaf. Fry it in sesame oil till golden brown.
