Ingredients
Cucumber - 2 (50 mg)
Butter milk - 1 cup.
Tomato - 2
Lemon juice - ½ teaspoons
Coriander leaves - ¼ bunches
Salt and pepper - to taste
Method
Peel and slice cucumber. Blend it with tomato pieces and lemon juice in a food processor. Now add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper as required and pour the soup into a shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle black pepper powder for added taste.
