Chick pea flour - 20gm
Bread crumbs - 20gm
Brinjal (egg plant) - 25gm
Little hog weed leaves (Paruppu keerai) - 25gm
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Sesame oil - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Method
Cook chopped brinjal, little hog weed leaves and onions in water. Mash them well, using a fork. Add chickpea flour and make it to dosa- batter consistency. Heat a shallow iron pan and spread the batter. Roast it to make the dosa (pancakes).
