Ingredients:

  • Red rice – 50 gm
  • Water – 400ml

Preparation:

  1. Clean and break the rice.
  2. Add water to it and cook.
  3. It can be served with Amalaki chutney or coconut chutney.

  • Light and easily digestible
  • Nourishing
  • Quenches thirst
  • Balances all the 3 doshas
