- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Rock salt – 1 pinch
- Warm water – Sufficient quantity Advertisement
- Add a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and mix.
- Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead the dough
- Keep it aside for ½ an hour
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out individually into thin chapattis
- You may use dry flour to dust the chapatti while rolling, to prevent the dough from sticking on the surface.
- Then roast the chapatti on a smokeless flame directly
- Roast it on both sides till it is cooked completely.
- Smear a bit of ghee on both sides
