Ingredients :
Drumstick – 3
Small onions – 100 gms
Ghee – 3 spoons
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves – few
Preparation :
Steam the drumstick and keep aside. Take the chopped small onions and fry it with ghee till brown add 2 pinch of pepper powder. Scrape the flesh of drumstick and collect it. Add this to fried small onions. Add salt and mix well. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and dress it and serve.
