Preparations

Ingredients

Pumpkin - 200 gm
Buttermilk - 2 cups
Coconut - ½
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Rice -1 spoon
Turmeric powder - pinch
Pepper - 2 spoons

Method

Remove the skin and seeds and cut the pumpkin into big pieces. Steam it and add to butter milk. Coconut, cumin seeds and pepper are grounded and added to it and boiled for few minutes. Some turmeric is also added.

Hi, the amount of coconut is not clear in the recipe-the units are missing. is it 1/2 TBS?
