12-oz Iced Tea Bottles Recalled by Tejava

Tejava has announced immediate recall of 12-ounce bottles of its iced tea after they were found to contain fragments of glass.

Tejava has announced immediate recall of 12-ounce bottles of its iced tea after they were found to contain fragments of glass.


The Food and Drug Administration has announced that thirteen production lots of 12-ounce glass bottles of Tejava Premium Iced Tea have been recalled from across the country as they are feared to contain glass fragments inside them.

The production lot codes which are affected and recalled are:

* 1BT220

* 1BT221

* 1BT222

* 1BT223

* 1BT252

* 1BT253

* 1BT254

* 1BT255

* 1BT277

* 1BT278

* 1BT279

* 1BT280

* 1BT313

Fortunately, one-liter bottles of Tejava Premium Iced Tea are safe for consumption and have not been recalled by the company.
