"Gadget rage is a common Christmas condition," the Daily Express quoted Fran Sorci, of technology advice experts Geek Squad, as saying.
"The last thing you want is to spend hours setting everything up," he said.
The study of 3,000 Britons found that toys, games consoles, mobiles, laptops and televisions cause the biggest headaches.
