Around 10 Percent Women More Attached to Pets Than Their Partners

Around 10 percent of women are more attached to their pets compared to their partners, a new survey reveals.

The poll conducted by the Brooke, an international animal welfare organization, also found that more than half of the women said they turn to their pets for emotional support just after an argument with their partners, Mashable reported.

Earlier, another survey conducted by OpinionMatters revealed that one in five has cancelled social plans to be with their pet.
