Conventional 9 to 5 Working Hours Set to Fade Out in 25 Years

The traditional 9 to 5 working hours may soon fade out with the emergence of global markets which will require employees to stay up all night and be online and available to meet the demands of the job.

In another two decades working hours will become more flexible, a study on the possible changes in work practices in the UK has revealed.

Nearly 65% of the employees feel that working hours will become more flexible. 35% felt that conventional working hours will no longer appeal as the demands of the global markets will be different. 71% of employees see a future with many work-from-home opportunities as technology and trends will make this a reality.
