Fungus-derived Antibiotic may Help in Fighting Bacteria
Fungus-derived antibiotic, viridicatumtoxin B may soon help in fighting bacteria, say researchers at the Rice University.
The study focused on a tetracycline discovered in 2008 which provided a basis for the discoverers to analyze its structure through magnetic resonance imaging.
The study was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS).
