Good Job and Happy Marriage Ensures a Good Nights Sleep

Being happy and content with your job and marriage ensures a good nights sleep, says a new study conducted by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Institute of Social and Economic Research.
The study found that 14% people who were least satisfied with their work, slept for less than 6-hours. Uneducated and jobless people were among those who had the highest rate of disruptive sleep patterns.
Professor Sara Arber said, "Sleep problems among the disadvantaged may be one factor leading to their poorer health."
To get proper sleep, about 1 in 10 people in UK were taking sleeping pills at least thrice a week. Scientists have warned that if people who took pills thought they were getting proper rest, they were deceiving themselves, because there is no substitute for proper rest. A good night's sleep was equally important to healthy living as diet and exercise.
