Life Hangs Precariously Just Waiting for a Transplant

Charity Kidney Foundation, Wales, has enabled some dismal statistics, which shows that someone dies every eleven days just waiting for a transplant.

Difference of opinion between Westminster and Cardiff Bay has stalled the political action taken by the assembly government to improve the availability of organs for transplant.

Politicians in Wales wish for more powers to alter the law so that a better sytsem which involves 'presumed consent' can be in place.

The attorney general in London however has said that it may not be feasible to enforce a distinct system in Wales.
