Maxx medical aims that its Freedom Knee Device (Freedom Total Knee System) which is customized for Indian anatomical needs emerges among the top three choices for knee replacement. The Freedom Knee device has been approved by the United States Food & Drug Administration (US FDA), European CE and the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI).

This high-flexion knee replacement system has been specifically engineered to support the Indian lifestyle. The device supports the deep knee bending and range of motions like running, biking, transitioning from squatting to standing, and sitting on the floor cross-legged.
