Memory Decline may be First Sign of Future Dementia Issues

Experts taking part in the Alzheimer's Association International Conference in Boston revealed that a decline in your memory could be one of the earliest signs that the person could be eventually diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Suffering from memory lapses, having trouble following the plot of a film, TV show or a book, getting lost in familiar surroundings or sensing that your memory is getting worse than your friends could be some of the early signs of dementia.

However the researchers were quick to state that one should not start to worry every time a person forgets something, such as where they kept their car keys, as it is natural for memory to become weak as one ages.
