The Harvard School of Public Health has given information about a healthy and balanced diet named Healthy Eating Plate on the lines of MyPlate', from USDA.

MyPlate from USDA offers recommendations about a healthy and balanced diet which is covered under four sections.

Harvard's plate portrays the same four sections with complete information about what one should consume and what one should not. For instance, they have included a section on whole grains as well as a detailed explanation of proteins that are healthy.

Harvard's plate also replaces milk with water and advices people to have low fat milk restricted to only one or two servings per day.
