Expressing concern over rising pollution in India, R. K Pachauri, chairman of UN International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on Monday urged the public to minimise pollution, as the effects of global warming are looming large over the world.

Addressing the 'Sustainable Agriculture and Nutritional Security' seminar here, Pachauri said: "If we have to implement sustainable agriculture, then firstly, we have to control pollution. I urge the public to minimise pollution. "
