'Perfect Smile' Taught To Chinese Police by Placing Chopsticks in Mouth
According to a report, Chinese police are reportedly being taught to smile by holding chopsticks in their mouths.
During the 'how to smile' course in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China, customs police were made to practise by holding a chopstick between their teeth and smiling, the Daily Mail reports.
According to the paper, the Liaoning Customs Office said the main aim of the training was 'to standardise officials' amenity protocols and upgrade their receiving skills'.
Dalian is the second largest city of Liaoning province, after Shenyang, the provincial capital. Dalian City is governed by the Mayor and its Dalian Municipal People's Government.
