PharmRight Introduces Livi - an Easy-to-use Home Medication Dispenser

PharmRight Corporation, a health care technology company based out of South Carolina, has introduced a new technology that deals with medication compliance and management in a novel way.

The Livi dispenser, which will be launched at the end of 2015, comes with a variety of advanced technologies that are controlled from the web and mobile phone-based management software.

The company says that the Livi dispenser will make scheduling and real-time monitoring of medications easy and convenient with its cloud-based applications.

The device can automatically dispense a 90-day supply of up to 15 different pills and supplements. If a dose is missed, the device will send text messages or email to caregivers.

The company says that getting started with Livi is easy and the device can also provide reminders for refrigerated items, creams, liquids and other medications.
