President Ernest Bai Koroma Criticises Global Response to Ebola Epidemic

President Ernest Bai Koroma of Sierra Leone assailed the global community's slow response to the Ebola epidemic as slower than the transmission of the disease through West Africa.

"This slower-than-the-virus response needs to change," he told the heads of the United Nations, World Bank and International Monetary Fund in Washington.
