Prince William and Kate Refuse to Have Servants

In a sign of modern times, royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton have revealed their plans to live a modest life after they tie the knot.

According to the Telegraph, the couple does not plan to employ a personal chef, butler, valet, or any other type of servants (apart from their security) at the four-bedroom farmhouse they share in North Wales, reports the Daily Telegraph.

It is completely in contrast to the lifestyle of William's father, Prince Charles, who has gained notoriety for his large personal staff.

A palace source has confirmed that at the betrothed couple's home, there are "no domestic staff and there are no plans for that to change."

A source added that Kate "was spotted shopping in (British supermarket) Waitrose the other day. That would tell you all you need to know about how they lead their life."
