Royal Baby Named George Alexander Louis, Reveal Sources

Prince William and Kate Middleton's newborn son has been named George Alexander Louis, report sources.

George had been the favourite with 2/1 as a first name from the moment Kate gave birth, the Mirror reported.

A Ladbrokes spokesman said that the punters had been right all along.

According to insiders, William and Kate did not choose the names for any particular significance and they just liked the sound of them.

However, close family members may have put some input - including the Queen, who met her the latest addition to the royal family for the first time at Kensington Palace just after 11am yesterday.
