Scotland Needs Additional Foster Carers

Nearly 1000 additional foster carers are required in the next one year across Scotland to meet the growing demand, according to a well-known charity.

Many people have begun to recognize that foster care may be safer and better for children than residential care.

The shortage is exerting a huge pressure on the existing services.
