Sumo Federation Champion Seeks to Make a Mark in LA Marathon

Kelly Gneiting, 40 years of age, is a well-known name in Sumo circles. He has made a mark in the U.S. Sumo Federation competition, winning three times.

His latest passion is to make it to the Guinness world record as the heaviest person to complete the 26.2-mile marathon and make history.

With a 60-inch waist, and 405 pounds weight, "The Fat man" as he calls himself, is all geared up for the big event on Sunday.
