In a tragic incident, three patients died at a private hospital in Jodhpur after the hospital staff failed to replace their empty oxygen cylinders.

When she called up the supply station, she was told that there were no oxygen cylinders, forcing the relatives to ask for the cylinders at other hospitals but it was too late as all the three patients died before the cylinders could reach the hospital.
The superintendent of the hospital, Arvind Mathur said that he will start an inquiry into the incident. “I will start my inquiry after reaching Jodhpur by night. We will have to look into the medical condition of these victims viz-a-viz the disturbance in the supply of oxygen. Only then we will be in a position to arrive at any conclusion”, he said.
