Video With a Powerful Message for International Day of Persons With Disabilities

A video has been released by the Swiss disability advocacy organization, Pro Infirmis, as part of an initiative for International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The video shows mannequins of well-known personalities with disabilities. The mannequins have been re-shaped to have the exact body shape of the personalities.

For instance, the mannequin of Athlete Urs Kolly is without a lower leg, portraying the disability. Mannequins of many other people who have beat the odds and made a mark in their life despite disabilities were also displayed.

Store windows on Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse had these mannequins dressed and displayed. The video titled "who is perfect" is a touching account of their reactions when the figures are unveiled.

The creative campaign by Pro Infirmis certainly sends out a powerful message about treating the disabled fairly and providing equal opportunities.
