WHO Says Ebola Vaccine for Health Workers may be Available by November

The World Health Organization has confirmed that an Ebola vaccine will be made available to health workers by November if the two candidate vaccines currently being tested are found to be safe.

"If proven safe, a vaccine could be available in November 2014 for priority use in health-care workers," the UN's health body said in a statement after a two-day crisis meeting.
