Malignant: A cancerous growth that may destroy nearby normal tissue and spread to other parts of the body.

Mastectomy: Removal of the breast.


Chemotherapy: Treatment with anticancer drugs.

Palliative care: Treatment to relieve, rather than cure, symptoms caused by cancer. Palliative care can help people live more comfortably.
