Glossary
Dermabrasion: Removal of the surface layer of skin with a sanding wheel to treat scarring or to remove tattoosAcne: A disorder of the skin marked by inflammation of oil glands and hair follicles.
Wart: A raised growth on the surface of the skin or mucus membrane due to a virus.
Pigmentation: The coloration of the skin, hair, and eyes by the pigment melanin.
